Qualifications

  • A+, CCT, CCNA, ITF+, ITIL, 365, other standard IT certification or 5 years of Information Technology support experience preferred. Technical degree preferred, not required.

  • Strong capabilities managing Active Directory and other Windows configuration skills.

Full Description

Medspira is a market-leading, growth-focused, medical device company looking for a qualified IT and Customer Support Specialist to work with physicians and clinicians in hospitals and clinics nationwide.

  • Position is office-based in Minneapolis, MN

  • Field customer service issues by phone and email; provide technical support as possible

  • Perform basic product troubleshooting, repair/maintenance, and testing

  • Provide in-house IT support (hardware, software, connectivity, integration, etc.) as able

  • Provide web-based and on-site product training to customers (some travel required)

  • Process received materials and products into inventory, maintain accurate records

  • Prepare / assemble product for shipping – load software, pair components, and test
