Country Music Hall of Fame
To celebrate Nashville’s rich music history, the 2018 Welcome Reception will be held at the Country Music Hall of Fame, one of the most popular attractions in Nashville.
The museum explores the origins and traditions of country music with artifacts, photographs and videos. Bring out your inner cowgirl or cowboy! Wear your cowboy hat, boots and jeans and join your colleagues for a captivating evening of delicious hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and entertainment. The reception is complimentary to registered attendees.

The country western theme of Nashville continues with the ASCRS Music City Gala! The gala is a wonderful opportunity to relax, socialize and enjoy an evening of delicious food and dancing. A complimentary ticket is included in each ASCRS member’s meeting registration. Nonmember or spouse/companion tickets may be purchased at the registration desk for $150 per ticket. Attire is business casual.
Complimentary Headshot Photos for ASCRS Members
Stop by the Cherished Memories booth in the exhibit hall and have your complimentary headshot taken. White lab coats will be provided. The Society will use these photos on the ASCRS website, including to enhance member listings on the “Find a Surgeon” page. As a member, you will receive an electronic copy of your photos for your own use. These photos will be perfect for posting on your Facebook, LinkedIn and website pages.
